Medicare Rebates – First Step in Healthcare Reform Bill
Rebate checks for Medicare enrolees will begin to be sent out mid-June, 2010. Seniors who qualify will begin to receive $250, one-time checks when they reach the coverage gap known as the donut hole. Senior Citizens are one of the first groups benefiting from the PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, aka, National Health Care Reform).
